How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product.
Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart"
button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done
shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the
"Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.

Discount PC International is an industry leader in providing discounted computers, monitors, related parts, and accessories direct to the public. Dealing primarily in name brand computers such as: Dell, Gateway, Compaq, and IBM. You will find only the highest quality equipment on our site all sold at significant savings.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Discount PC International takes great pride in our fast and speedy delivery. Our team of fulfillment experts will use excellent care in packaging and shipping your item typically within 2-3 business days. We utilize FedEx for delivery and tracking of your item. Product will only be shipped within the contiguous United States (I am sorry, there is no exception to this policy).

What is your Return Policy?
Discount PC International's trained technicians test each individual computer and/or part. In addition to the hardware testing, each unit is given a complete visual inspection to ensure good cosmetic condition. This ensures your complete satisfaction upon delivery. All PC's and laptops come complete with a limited 6-month warranty. Discount PC will offer complete parts and labor coverage for the initial 90 days and an additional 90 days of labor only coverage (software support not included). All other items are sold with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
What Customer Service help do you offer?
In the event that there is a problem with the shipment, simply send an email to support@discountpc.net with your item number, contact information, and a description of the problem. You will be contacted back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and instructions for the return of the item. You will be responsible for shipment of the item back to our facility. Replacement product will be provided promptly. In the event that replacement product is not available, you will be refunded on your purchase (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
