What is your Shipping Policy?
Discount PC takes great care in shipping all items fully insured and professionally packaged. Please take a moment to read through common questions regarding our shipping policy. When will my order ship? Discount PC will ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days of the order being placed. Shipping and delivery time are estimated and do not include weekends or holidays. Will my order require a signature on delivery? At this time, all orders shipped by Discount PC will require a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery of your item(s). I would like to order multiple items, is there a shipping discount? Once an order reaches a certain number of items, Discount PC may be able to reduce your shipping costs by palletizing the order for a freight shipment. Please contact sales@discountpc.net or call (800) 696-1885 for more information and a shipping quote. Is there an option for expedited delivery options? Discount PC typically ships product via FEDEX ground service, however, expedited shipping options are available at an additional expense to include two day air, standard overnight, and priority overnight service. Do you deliver to PO boxes? Discount PC ships all products by FEDEX, and requires a physical address (PO boxes will not be accepted as a delivery address). Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories? Discount PC will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US Territories, but shipping charges vary. Please contact sales@discountpc.net or call (800) 696-1885 to inquire about this service. My billing and shipping address do not match? Please be advised that if your billing and shipping address do not match, we may need to verify your order. This can delay the processing of your order.

What is your Return Policy?
In addition to the limited warranty, Discount PC also provides a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Discount PC will refund your purchase within 30 days of your invoice date (refund amount will not include the original shipping charges).Any product return must first be provided a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This can be obtained by sending an email request to support@discountpc.net or simply by calling our support staff at (800) 696-1885. To be eligible for the refund, your product return must include all original items provided to include the entire system, diskettes, keyboard, mouse, power cords, software, or any other items provided with your purchase. The shipping charges must be prepaid. Insurance is highly recommended or you assume all risk to potential product damage in transit. Any item must be returned complete and free of damage to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will typically be issued within 3 – 4 business days upon receipt of your product.
