If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase within 30 days of your invoice date (refund amount will not include the original shipping charges).Any product return must first be provided a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This can be obtained by sending an email request to support@discountpc.net or simply by calling our support staff at (800) 696-1885.

To be eligible for the refund, your product return must include all original items provided to include the entire system, diskettes, keyboard, mouse, power cords, software, or any other items provided with your purchase. The shipping charges must be prepaid. Insurance is highly recommended or you assume all risk to potential product damage in transit. Any item must be returned complete and free of damage to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will typically be issued within 3 – 4 business days upon receipt of your product.
